What kind of contest?
This is a programming contest involving problems which may be tricky to solve but don't require any knowledge of complicated algorithms. But don't be afraid, there will be easy problems as well.
Therefore we hope that many students in their first or second year at university will participate. The problems will be posed in English. See the problems Snowman and How many fibs as an example how the problems will look like.
Who can participate?
This is a programming contest for students of the university of Ulm. To participate in this contest, join the group Contest ULM07 group by entering the password or send me an email to Adrian.Kuegel[at]uni-ulm.de with your SPOJ login name so that I can add you to the group.
When is the contest?
It will take place on February, 2nd 2007 from 17:00 to 20:00 CET. |
